Places in New York Obstacle race

Former Glenwoodite Aric Steffen captured an eighth place finish in the Tri-State New York Spartan Sprint with a time of 1 hour, 4 minutes, 49 seconds.

Aric was one of 5,500 participants in the June 1st obstacle race. He commented by e-mail to his parents, John and Faye Steffen of Glenwood City. “This was a pretty intense race for only being four miles as I had to go up and down a ski mountain like six different times, coupled with all the obstacles. Luckily I completed all obstacles.”
