Bellringers hold monthly meeting

The Emerald Bellringers held their monthly meeting on June 9, 2013, at the Emerald Methodist Church. The meeting was called to order by President Jenesa Klinger.

Flags were done and the Secretary’s and Treasurer’s reports were said. Old Business was read and approved. We are scheduled to watch the Explorer/Cloverbud building on Friday, July 19th from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. We are also scheduled to watch the 4-H building on Thursday, July 18 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and Saturday, July 20th from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Two thank you notes were read at the meeting, one from the post-prom committee and the other from Friends of the Fairgrounds. The next meeting is July 14th at the Emerald Methodist Church.
