Glenhaven Happenings – 5-15-2013
Last week the activities included Catholic communion, popcorn and a movie, exercises, manicures, baking club, church with Trinity Lutheran, book club, resident council, the Heutmaker Band, Catholic mass, the Mother’s Day tea, and music entertainment by Dale Martel. This week is National Nursing Home week.
On Monday was Pajama Day and Tuesday was Mis-Match Day. Wednesday will be Farmer/Rancher day and there will be an animal zoo for the residents. On Thursday it will be Blue Day and the residents will be making doughnuts. On Friday it will be Glenhaven Attire Day and for lunch the residents will be grilling out. On Saturday Herb Nazer will be entertaining with music at 2:00 p.m. Next week on Sunday, May 19th there will be Catholic communion at 10:40 a.m. and church with Christ the King Lutheran at 3:30 p.m. On Monday, May 20th there will be student council visits at 10:00 a.m. On Tuesday, May 21st there will be church with Forest Emmanuel at 10:30 a.m. On Friday, May 24th there will be accordion music by Diane Petranovich at 10:30 a.m.
