GC to hold Valentine’s Wine and Beer Tasting Progressive Dinner

GLENWOOD CITY – A trio of Glenwood City businesses will be hosting the second annual Valentine’s Beer and Wine Tasting Progressive Dinner on Saturday, February 9 from 3:30 to 8 p.m. This year’s event is being sponsored by the Glen Hills Area Chamber of Commerce.

The event will begin at M&M BAR in Glenwood City at 3:30 pm on Saturday, February 9th. Participants will pay at the M&M Bar and receive a hand stamp and glass for the wine and beer tasting. M&M Bar will be serving appetizers from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.

The progressive dining event will then move on to ALL THAT & MORE from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., where the buffet-styled main course will be served. Peg’s Pleasant View will be catering the menu. Wine and beer will be provided for tasting.

The third and final stop on your journey will be LEAKER’S PLACE 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., where dessert will be served along with more wine and beer tasting.  The Weekenders will be providing music from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at Leaker’s Place.

Wine and beer tasters will be able to purchase beverages of their liking at Ormson’s SuperValu.
