Time has changed. Getting ready for Christmas was exciting. Practicing for the Christmas program, fixing curtains for a stage, drawing names, with ten cents to spend for the gift. It was a great time of the year.

On Saturday, the Koosmann kids and their families gathered together at Skip and Sue’s at Hudson for cheer. There was good food and good visiting. The excitement was great when the computer was hooked to Skype so their daughter Anna was able to be with us on the screen, talking and enjoying Christmas. Anna is an architect and is teaching in the Philippines.

Louise Ullom’s sister Katherine Schumacher of Shell Lake passed on. May she be comforted as she mourns.

Christmas party guests of Pat Schneider of Woodbury, MN on Fri., December 15, were Karen Marlette, Jane Dettmann, Mary Jane Rogers, and Ethelyn Schone. The gals enjoyed a very delicious lasagna dinner.
