Bellringers hold November meeting

The Emerald Bellringers held their monthly meeting on November 11, 2012. We held our annual food drive for WestCAP. The meeting was called to order by Vice President Joe Obermueller.

Flags were done by Tyler Franklin and Jake Obermueller. Members’ names were given and answered in roll call. The secretary’s report was approved. The club agreed to have Christmas party and do the Ecobot challenge at the December meeting. They also agreed to not do a play or musical at the Mini Talent Explosion. Members agreed to each donate $5 to Angel Tree and to make one Christmas card for Glenhaven and bring it to the next meeting. The club also agreed to donate $75 to the church for letting them hold their meetings there. Meeting was adjourned by Tyler Franklin. The next meeting is on December 9th. Remember to bring a Christmas card for Glenhaven, a snack to share, and $5 per member to donate to Angel Tree. New members are always welcome to attend. The next meeting is December 9th at 1:30 p.m. at the Emerald Methodist Church.
