This was the time for Lorraine Palewicz, her family gathered together  and helped her turn 90. Birthday  Blessings.

On Friday night, Velma and Les Crosby, Cathy and Chris Quinn joined the rest of Mary Crosby’s family to celebrate her 85th birthday party at the Rooster Roadhouse near New Richmond.

Jean and Cliff Anderson, Velma and Les Crosby drove to Urne, WI to the Lyster Church for a Lutefisk dinner on Saturday.

Sunday, Cathy Quinn, Velma and Les Crosby went to the visitation of Donna Hollyday in Hudson, WI. Donna was the mother of Lauren Foust.

Wow! Our Hilltopper Football team did a good job again Saturday, defeating Pepin-Alma. The team and their coaches deserve a lot of cheers! When I picked up the Leader-Telegram Sunday paper, I was thrilled to see Nick Mrdutt, our quarterback, on the front page, plus a nice write-up inside. Best wishes on next week’s game.

What a busy weekend at Jon and Barbe Mrdutt’s – Sunday morning Nick went out bow hunting and he got a six-point buck. Good job, Nick! Nathan went out bow hunting later in the day and he got a six point buck! Good job, Nate! How great is that?!

What a nice crowd at the Senior Center for Halloween last week, real good music, some really neat costumes and of course, Jodi always feeds us well. We are so blessed. We sure do miss Florence Sand, she moved to Winona MN to be near her family.

My, it’s going to take some time getting used to this time change!  Everyone, have a good week.
