Mayo Clinic Health System welcomes Terrence Witt, M.D.
MENOMONIE – Terrence Witt, M.D., has joined the family practice team at Mayo Clinic Health System – Red Cedar in Menomonie.
Dr. Witt received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minn., and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Minnesota Affiliated Programs in Family Practice at Fairview Health Services and St. Mary’s Hospitals. In addition, he completed a rural family medicine fellowship at the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Washington. He is a certified diplomate with the American Board of Family Medicine and holds a certificate in travel health from the International Society of Travel Medicine.
Prior to coming to Mayo Clinic Health System – Red Cedar, Witt was a medical officer for the Central Intelligence Agency from 1986 to 1996 and 2003 to 2012, with a period spent as a family physician at Red Cedar Clinic in Menomonie from 1996 to 2003.
Dr. Witt is originally from New Prague, Minn. He enjoys travel, basketball, golf and camping.
