Mon., Sept. 17: Baked whole grain chicken patty on whole grain bun, seasoned potato wedges, three bean salad, radishes/celery sticks, fresh red apple.
Tues., Sept. 18: Whole grain spaghetti with meat sauce, steamed green beans, garden salad/FF ranch, multi-grain breadstick, strawberry/banana cup.
Wed., Sept. 19: Chicken stir-fry, fried rice, red pepper stripes, baby carrots, FF ranch dip, honey wheat roll, watermelon slice, fresh orange.
Thurs., Sept. 20: Ground beef stroganoff, whole grain rotini noodles, roasted butternut squash, grape tomatoes, petite banana.
Fri., Sept. 21: Baked fish nuggets, baked tortilla chips with sunny salsa, broccoli florets, pineapple/banana cup.
