Downing man found guilty of child assault

Storm puts city in darkness, several vehicle accidents reported

GLENWOOD CITY — The community was without electrical power for about five hours Monday afternoon and evening. The City was plunged into darkness shortly after 4 p.m. Monday when a power pole along 320th Street in the Town of Glenwood was blown down by the high winds of the approaching winter storm.
