Boyceville FFA members attended a field trip to Conklin’s Tree Farm in Wheeler on December 11th. Owner and Boyceville FFA alumni member, Cathy Bauer, took members on a tour of the different tree plots where they learned the ins and outs of what tree farming entails, as well as how trees at Conklin’s are sustainably grown and harvested. Members also had the opportunity to help assemble and decorate wreaths, help customers, and play with the resident kittens.
