House family gathers at Lakeside Park

On Sunday, August 13, 2017, descendants of the 12 children from the union of Jacob & Augusta (Petzrick) House met at Lakeside Park in Menomonie, WI. Though rain was predicted it did not come. The weather was cloudy and cool, but the food was good and the fellowship was warm.

Those in attendance were: Irene & Ed Johnson-Colfax; Helen House-St. Paul, MN; Lisa McCann-Woodbury, MN; Bradley & Judy House-St. Paul, MN; Hannah Rubusch-Boyceville; Jean Davis-Menomonie; Joann Steinmeyer-Menomonie; Shirley Edgeberg-Menomonie; Elaine Grutt-Boyceville; Audrey Stendall-Onalaska; Don & Lynn McIlquham-Bloomer; Colin & Judy Hempel-Greenwood; Jeanine Fischer-Spring Lake Park, MN; Dan & Sharon Wold-Menomonie.

Next year’s reunion will be held at Lakeside Park in Menomonie on Sunday, August 12, 2018.
