FLORIDA — The Colfax softball team opened their 2025 season in the Sunshine State.
Playing three games over a four-day span in Cocoa Beach and Titusville Florida, the Vikings softballers went 1-2.
Colfax dropped its season opener 19-3 to Olentangy Liberty, Ohio in a game that was played at Cocoa Beach last Friday, March 28.
After they enjoyed a day of rest, relaxation and fun on Saturday, the Vikings returned to the softball field at the Chain of Lakes Complex in Titusville on Sunday, March 30 to take on Milwaukee Reagan. Colfax came away with an impressive 14-3 victory.
Colfax then capped the month of March and its journey to Florida with a game against Marshfield, WI at the Chain of Lake Complex. The Tigers, a Division 1 squad, prevailed in the Monday, March 31 contest 5-3.

Colfax is scheduled to travel to Mondovi this Thursday, April 3 where it will start the defense of its 2024 Dunn-St. Croix Conference Championship, weather permitting.
