Molly Heidorn concludes cross country season for UW-Eau Claire

Colfax high school graduate Molly Heidorn, now running cross country for the University of Eau Claire, completed a rather successful season for the Blugolds at the NCAA Division 3 Regional Championship held in Northfield, MN November 16.
Heidorn finished 22nd out of 222 runners to make the all region team, running the 6K course in a time of 22:48. Earlier, she competed in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference held in Stevens Point and by finishing 13th, was named WIAC all conference.
Heidorn was a four-time Dunn-St. Croix Conference champion for the Vikings and a three-time WIAA state medalist. Heidorn led the Viking girls to two state berths as well as leading them to a state basketball appearance.
