Olson, Lee returned to City Council, Stoner wins write in vote

Jess Olson and Steven Lee were returned to their seat on the Glenwood City Council in last Tuesday’s election. Write in candidate Jeff Stoner won the other open seat with 62 write in votes over the other write in candidate, Clinton Rassbach, who collected 18 votes. Bill Ross, who held the other open seat on the council, was not seeking another term on the City Council.
Kent Kletscher, running unopposed was elected mayor, collecting 166 votes
Glenwood City School Board
The two incumbent school board members were returned to the board with the third candidate on the ballot already having taken a seat on the board, filling the seat left vacant by the resignation of Nicole Miller. The vote county for the school board election has Chuck Draxler with 393 votes, Jodi Main with 412 vote and Tony Mielzarek collecting 287 votes.
Village of Boyceville
For the Village of Boyceville three open seats on the Village Board have Shawn Mittlestadt with 151 votes, Ben Hitz with 142 votes and Jonathan Farrell collected 16 write in votes.
Boyceville School Board
For the Boyceville School board, two candidates were on the ballot for the two open seats on the board. Hey were Amber Carlsrud who collected 783 votes and Stacy Fetzer with 714 voted. There were 14 write in votes according to the districts official election results. The elector in the Boyceville School district approved the district’s $18 million dollar referendum on a vote of 715 to 430.
Village of Wilson
Linda La Kosky Eng collected 31 votes, running unopposed for Village Trustee.
Village of Wheeler
For a member of the Village Board, Robert Hackanson collected 37 votes running unopposed.
Village of Knapp
Filling the three open seats on the Knapp Village Board were Corey Thatcher who collected 80 votes, Randy Nichols, Jr. with 51 votes and Danielle Gruenke with 42 votes.
Village of Downing
Here Jeremy Nutter was returned to the Village Board with 59 votes.
Town of Sherman
In the Dunn County township of Sherman there were two open seats on the Town Board and Lynn E. Smith received 201 votes and Michale Plachetke collected 184 votes.
