Swenby joins Thrivent Group

GLENWOOD CITY – Katie Swenby of Downing, Wis. has joined Thrivent as a financial advisor. Thrivent is a Fortune 500 diversified financial services organization offering advice, investments, insurance, banking and generosity programs and solutions to clients nationwide.

Swenby comes to Thrivent ready and eager to support clients in all stages of their financial journey. With the belief that money is a tool, not a goal, she is passionate about taking a purpose-based approach to financial guidance. She takes time to understand their clients’ unique goals and priorities, and helps them develop a holistic financial strategy so they can achieve their most important goals. Through her work, she wants to help people achieve financial clarity, enabling lives full of meaning and gratitude.

Before joining Thrivent, Swenby worked at 3M. She graduated from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN, where she received a bachelor’s degree in marketing management and a master’s degree in business administration. She attends St. John the Baptist Parish.
