Colfax Health & Rehab to light luminaria

Each year Colfax Health and Rehab remembers residents who have passed away at our home. We were honored to have cared for each of them in their final days of this earthly journey. We welcomed them to our facility and they became our family. We are also remembering one of our staff members who passed this last year. Due to Covid restrictions we are having a drive by Memorial Luminaria program.

We will light a luminaria in memory of each of our 23 residents and the 1 staff member who passed away from May 1st 2021 through May 31st 2022. On Monday, June 27 the bags will be lit at 7:00 p.m. and will remain lit all night outside of the facility.  You are invited to drive by or walk through to view the luminarias. 

You may pick up a program of names in the entrance of the building. May God Bless their memory!

In case of rain the event will be moved to Wednesday, June 29th.
