Colfax Memorial Day 2021

Members of the Russell-Toycen Post 131, American Legion, Colfax, will meet at 8 a.m. May 31 in the Colfax High School parking lot to travel to Sand Creek for that community’s Memorial Day ceremonies.

At 10:30 a.m., there will be a parade from Colfax High School to Evergreen Cemetery for an 11 a.m. program. A trailer will be available for Legion and Auxiliary members.

The speaker at the cemetery will be Russell-Toycen Post 131 Commander Chris Larson.

Also participating in the parade will be the bands from Colfax High School and Colfax Middle School, as well as local Boy and Girl Scouts and any other interested organizations.
