Heidi A. Bowe

Heidi Bowe
Heidi A. Bowe (51) of Chippewa Falls, passed away March 14, 2025, at Marshfield Medical Center in Weston, WI, surrounded by family.
Heidi was born January 6, 1974, in Menomonie, WI, the daughter of Ralph and Anne (Berge) Schindler. She graduated from Colfax High School with the Class of 1992. Soon after graduating, Heidi married Leonard Bowe on July 17, 1993, in Cooks Valley.
Heidi tried different roles throughout her life – before finding her ultimate dream job: Mother to four of the most beautiful children who were her pride and joy – before being promoted to Grandma that is.
Heidi was passionate about many things: drawing, tractor pulling, farming, cooking, listening to and naming just about any 80s rock song and the year it was released, but she was most passionate about her family and friends, always leading with her compassionate understanding heart and her magnetic personality. She had the ability to light up any room and had the unwavering ability of bringing people together to have a good time. Life of the party she definitely was! She will be sadly missed.
Left to cherish her memory are her beloved mother, Anne; Lenny, her children: Kayla Bowe, Allison (Terry) Aasen, Courtney (Austin Shackleton) Bowe and Kyle (Brooke DeGidio) Bowe; her grandchildren whom she adored: Breyson, Mina, Kynslie, Madalynn, Stevie, Baylee, as well as a highly anticipated grandchild due this summer; her siblings: Cory (Jayme) Schindler, Jeremy (Michelle) Schindler, Stacey (Matt) Flatland, Kelli Schindler and Kristi (Michael) Marko. She also leaves her father-in-law, Richard “Dick” Bowe, brother-in-law, Norb (Kelli) Bowe and sister-in-law, Eileen Schmidt, as well as many aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, other relatives and many, many friends.
Heidi was preceded in death by her dad, Ralph Schindler, her mother-in-law, Anna Marie Bowe, her beloved granddaughter, Remington Shackleton, and her dear friend and companion, her pup, Bandit.
