Brady Alan Simonson

Brady Simonson

Brady Alan Simonson, born November 21, 1997, At Luther Hospital in Eau Claire, Wi, passed away unexpectedly at his home in the country on September 7th, 2024.

Cherished from birth by his loving parents, Chad and Denise Simonson, and his beloved older sister, Samantha Simonson.

Brady was an inspiration to many, a legend some may say. From birth, Brady always had an old soul, a big heart, and an endless zest for life. The passion he had for his family was vast. Always reaching out to family to connect and make future plans. To cutting trees and sharing motivational words with his dad, having long talks about life with his mom and doing it all with his sister. He supported her in any passion she chose for the moment and also dove in headfirst. He continued to carry this passion for family and gave his heart to his son, Ivan Alan Simonson, when he was born in October of 2019. Ivan quickly became the light of Brady’s life. Brady was a simple man who represented good character and values, inspiring everyone he met to be a better human. Brady’s work ethic was truly one that only some can dream of. From the blood, sweat and tears that went into every wrestling practice to lead him to be a 3x state qualifier including state runner up, and to after high school into his career. Brady spent five years in the electrical/industrial maintenance industry and a backyard mechanic, fixing anything and everything for all his friends and family who asked. Brady had many side jobs including his own tree cutting business, Simonson Tree Service. He took his skills to Halverson Bros Plumbing and Heating for two years, which ultimately prepared him to spread his wings and start his dream of his own business, Fabulous Heating and Cooling.

Brady had such an infectious personality that it was impossible not to smile around him.

Brady had hundreds of friends, all from different backgrounds and he loved all of them just the same, a special connection with each. A modern-day Johnny Cash, Brady would always make sure everyone around him knew about his karaoke and dancing skills. Cracking one liners and making you laugh without even trying was his specialty.

Always showing up with a new hairstyle or mustache, Brady passionately didn’t follow trends and he was proud of it! Including his music, he was always the first person to find the new hit before everyone else. There were many eras of Brady, and they all included a new vehicle; sports cars, Jeeps, vintage trucks, and his latest project, his Toyota 4runner. He loved to spend hours in the garage with his son whether they be working on vehicles, starting a new project, sharpening chains, or just two guys talking about life.

Brady enjoyed many adventures, mostly admiring the small beauties of life and reminding everyone else to take it in. Long drives, walks in the woods bear hunting, early morning sunrises. Pegging the phrase “Sunsets are free. Don’t miss ‘em.” Most recently taking a dream camping trip to the mountains with his family, Brady always dreamt of moving out west to the mountains and always said he would live in a one room cabin, the simple life. All of these adventures included man’s best friend, his pup, Copper, who Brady adored and was a constant in his life for 6 years.

Brady is spending time in heaven with his uncle Corey Simonson and his great grandparents.

Brady is survived by his parents, Chad and Denise Simonson, his sister Samantha Simonson, the light of his life, his son, Ivan Simonson, the mother of his son, Sydney Newton and family, and his fiancé, Gabrielle Scott. He is also survived by his grandparents, Donald (Debra) Simonson, Dean (Dian) Larson, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Brady is also survived by every single friendship that made him grow into the amazing man he turned out to be.

Brady’s Celebration of Life was at A-T Elite Performance Center on September 21st, 2024. Visitation began at 1 p.m. with a service that followed at 4 p.m. Come as you are.
