BOYCEVILLE — The Boyceville Village Board canceled their Committee of the Whole meeting on May 28 because not enough board members were in attendance. In order to conduct any business the village board has to have at least four members present out of the seven member board.
Board President Luke Montgomery and Village Trustees Jonathan Farrell and Jo Dormanen were present. Also in attendance were Village Clerk/Treasurer Brittany Halvorson, Police Chief Greg Lamkin and Director of Public Works Craig Dotseth.
After waiting for 15 minutes the board decided to add the agenda items to the next board meeting which is scheduled for Monday, June 10 at 5:30 p.m. Absent from the meeting were Village Trustees Brad Stevens, Sonya Zebro, Shawn Mittlestadt and Ben Hitz.
Items on the agenda included; presidential address, village operations overview, department reports, audit update, emergency operations plan review, Pafko Park usage, mobile food truck vendor license and public comment follow up.
