On April  24, 1949, Christella married Donald Eugene Beyrer. They were united in marriage by Reverand Gade at the Forest Church. She also enjoyed many trips to Las Vegas. She liked to ride snowmobile, hay rides, and sleigh rides too. And especially liked to shake dice. She could shake a very mean game of dice!

Christella had a little “lefse house” Where she cooked up her yearly share of lefse. All of it from scratch. And all of it made on a wood burning stove. She was very well known for her delicious lefse! Her lefse was shipped all over the United States to people who knew great lefse when they tasted it. The largest amount of lefse that Christella ever made at one time was that of 100 pounds of potatos. Now that’s a lotta lefse !
