MULTIPLE CHAMPIONS — Blake Sikora, a member of the Howard-Wheaton 4-H Club, won grand champion ram at the Colfax Free Fair and also won grand champion ewe, reserve champion ewe and intermediate showmanship. —photo by LeAnn R. Ralph
JUNIOR SUPREME CHAMPION — Made-You-Look, owned by Triple H Holsteins and Jerseys near Barron, won junior supreme champion at the Dunn County Dairy Open Show at the Colfax Free Fair June 19. Made-You-Look was shown by Shyanne Hammann. Pictured on the left is Tim Lauffer, one of the open show organizers. On the right is Trent Miller, a dairy judge from Spring Valley who judged the open show. This year marked the 40th Anniversary of the Dunn County Dairy Open Show. The junior supreme champion receives a director’s chair given by the Dobbs family in memory of Geoff Dobbs.
