The veterans of Russell Toycen American Legion Post 131 of Colfax held a military funeral for Edward John Eggen August 11, 2020, at Colfax Evergreen Cemetery.

Legionnaires on the firing squad were Kathy Walters, Dale Bergeson, “Happy” Silva, Chris Larson and Jon Scott.

Legionnaires in the Color Guard were Alan Johnson and Gust Fehr

The flag was presented to Judy Rassbach (niece) by Post Commander Chris Larson.
