ARTHUR T. NABBEFELD

Arthur “Butch” T. Nabbefeld, age 78 of Menomonie, passed away June 17, 2020 with his wife Jean and golden retriever Poncho 4 by his side.

Butch worked for several painters before going on his own, until he retired.  Butch had many wonderful memories.  One specific memory was his aunt and uncle Art & Ruth Hoyland standing up for him at his wedding to Jean 42 years ago.

He loved to waltz and won dance contests.  Butch and his wife Jean raised 4 golden retrievers over the years; all were named Poncho.  He was an avid sportsman and loved to fish trout.

The family would like to thank Mayo Clinic-Red Cedar and Eau Claire campuses, The Neighbors of Dunn County and St. Croix Hospice for all the wonderful love and care he received.

He will be very much loved and missed.  God chooses the best and Butch is one of them.

A private burial will be held.

Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie is assisting the family.
