COZY THEATER CONCERT — Colfax Elementary second graders made their annual trip to the Colfax Municipal Building to perform a Christmas concert on Wednesday, December 18. After singing the songs from their concert at school last week, they sang some old favorites, such as “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” and “Frosty the Snowman.” Below zero temperatures apparently kept some potential audience members from attending, but those who braved the cold weather were appreciative of the youngsters’ efforts. Following the concert, Lisa Bragg-Hurlburt, director of the Colfax Public Library, handed out sugar cookies to the kiddos. —photo by LeAnn R. Ralph
