The veterans of Russell Toycen American Legion Post 131 of Colfax held a military funeral for Ernst “Ernie” A. Sundstrom Jr. at Sampson Funeral Home July 20, 2019

Those serving on the firing squad were Kathy Walters, Bill Yingst, Jon Scott, “Happy” Silva, Don Braaten, Tarry Turner and Chris Larson.

Legionnaires in the Color Guard were Alan Johnson and Dick Larson.

The flag was presented to Brian (brother) by Post Commander Chris Larson
