This is an attack on your rights!

If you lean toward the Democratic Party as the party of your choice, I have to question why you’re loyal to it? That Party has changed so much in the last couple of decades, that if our late grandparents were to return, they would not believe what has happened to the Democratic Party.

Led by Socialist leaning candidates and groups, the Democratic Party has turned so far to the left that they can’t find any common ground with the Republicans or for that matter any other group. “Socialism promises prosperity, but delivers poverty,” Scott Walker.

At present, all the Democratic Party is about is “Dump Trump”. They have no other agenda other than their desire to regain control of the government. I have listened to party members as they attack the First and Second Amendments of our Constitution. These two amendments are the ones that are our guarantees for the freedoms that we enjoy as citizens. The First is the five freedoms and they are: Religion, Speech, Press, Assembly, and Petition; and the Second is the right to bear arms.

On Saturday, President Trump visited Green Bay for a political rally, but a couple of weeks before the event, I received an email from the State Democratic Party asking for a donation to allow them to stage a protest against President Trump. The name of the protest was, “Tell Trump, he is not welcome in Wisconsin.”

I don’t care how you feel about our sitting president or any other elected official, they deserve to be treated with respect, if for no other reason than they hold the office. For many years the Democratic Party has attempted to shut down any voice that may have a different opinion that they don’t want the American public to hear.

I would like to reprint part of a story from the May issue of American Hunter magazine. “Members of the National Rifle Association recognize that, without the NRA, our Second Amendment rights would have disappeared long ago. And likewise, our political enemies fully understand that they’ll never be able to achieve their ultimate goal, the complete and total disarmament of law-abiding American citizens, unless they can first destroy the NRA and wipe us completely off the face of the political map.

“Now, New York (Democratic) Governor Andrew Cuomo has launched a campaign to do exactly that, to use the extraordinary power of his New York state government to shutter NRA’s doors, silence our voice, and put us out of business forever.”

Governor Cuomo’s left thinking crowd control brain has made it very clear about his desire to take control of the government by making it very clear to every bank and financial institution in America that those firms who refuse to sever ties with the NRA will find themselves in the crosshairs of New York government agents, to be harassed, hassled and persecuted into submission.

Without bank accounts, access to insurance, the NRA, or any other identity can’t continue to operate. They can’t write checks, pay their employees or their bills.

On his Facebook account, Cuomo wrote; “We’re forcing NRA into financial jeopardy. We won’t stop until we shut them down.”

I don’t care how you feel about the National Rifle Association; this is an example of how an uncontrolled elected official can destroy the freedoms that we enjoy.

Here is what the NRA is doing to fight back. They have filed a suit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York exposing Cuomo’s actions stating: “A willful, premeditated and illegal effort to extinguish our voice from the political debate by inflicting irreparable financial harm on our association.”

The NRA is seeking a permanent injunction forcing Cuomo to halt this attack, as well as to pay for the monetary damages to the NRA for the harm they have already sustained.

The NRA is asking members for financial support for the fight against Cuomo and I would suggest that if you are a member of the NRA, or just want to keep your first and second amendment rights, you should consider making a financial donation to help the NRA defend our rights.
