THROWING DIRT — Officers of the Boyceville Fire Department officially broke ground for the fire district’s new station inb a special ceremony held Sunday, April 28. Groundbreaking ground were from left to right: Theo Curvello, Lisa Pederson, Danny Knops, Cory Green, Matt Rydel and Matt Lunderville. Missing is Tim Fasbender. The ceremony was well attended by the public and included officials from the fire district’s municipalities, the archectural firm, firefighters and their families and the local boy scout troop.The new fire station will be built along the Charlotte Street extension just east of the Boyceville Cenex-Synergy Cooperative building.
