BRENDEN SCHUTTS

Brenden M. Schutts, age 29, of Glenwood City, WI died unexpectedly Saturday, February 9th as a result of a snowmobile accident.

He was born November 27th, 1989 in Menomonie, WI to Jon and Alana (Andrews) Schutts. He grew up in the Wheeler area and graduated from Boyceville High School in 2008.

Brenden was very passionate about everything outdoors, especially hunting deer. He spent countless hours planning and working on food plots, deer stands, checking trail cameras, and looking for sheds. He also spent a lot of time planning for the next hunting season or trip out west. Brenden was very proud to work as a heavy equipment operator for Frattalone Companies and loved all big machines. He also was very passionate and loved working in his Taxidermy shop with his family and friends. Brenden was always finding new ways to improve taxidermy mounts. He loved his cats Willard, Karen and Karl. Brenden loved spending time with his love Emily and their little girl Oaklie doing any adventures outdoors or in the taxidermy shop. Brenden’s smile beamed when talking about his little “nugget” Oaklie and his “Okie” time teaching her about farming, hunting and sending snaps of their various excursions. Brenden’s family was so important to him and he loved spending anytime together outdoors, taking trips, and having Sunday night suppers, Brenden never missed a meal.

Brenden is survived by: His significant other Emily Byerly and daughter Oaklie. His parents Jon and Alana Schutts, Sister Hannah and brother in law Gunnar Watkins, and his brother Brady Schutts. Grandparents Wendell and Diane Andrews. Aunts and Uncles: Jeff (Deb) Schutts, Julie (Tony) Posta, Alisa King (Carey Davis), Todd Andrews, Lance (Becky) Andrews, Annette (John) Jones. Cousins: Tim Schutts, Jen (Mike) Lindahl, Kyle Busch, Karson Posta, Kelsey Posta, Cody King, Shantalle King, Lexi Andrews, Jace Jones, Ralphie Williams, Rylie Andrews

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jim an Anne Schutts, cousin Ryan Williams.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 14th, 2019 at Olson funeral home in Menomonie, WI. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 15th, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boyceville, WI.
