Penny M. Hager, age 58, of Glenwood City, WI, died Sunday, October 28, 2018 at her daughter’s home in Baldwin, WI from cancer surrounded by family.

She was born January 17, 1960 in Amery, WI to John Junior and Mary Lou (Sias) Wright.

Penny was a generous and caring person. Time with her family specially with her grandchildren, other family members and her faith were very important to her. She is preceded in death by her father John J. Wright, Grandparents William “Bill” and Florence Sias and John and Johanna Wright.

Penny is survived by son, daughter and foster son: John (Jessica) Hager, Tiffany Hager and Frank (Ashley) Hickey; grandchildren Jalissa, John Jr., Jared, Jacob and Jordan Hager, Samantha and Ethan Hickey; mother Mary Wright (Ed); sister Pearl Marik (Ted); brothers John “Tim” Wright and Terry Wright; nieces and nephews Jess (James) Hartzell, Nathan Marik, Morgan and Aaron Wright and Rob Kjelstad. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Services will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Anderson Funeral Home in Glenwood City, WI with Reverend Brad Lawrence officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 9 to 11:30. Interment of cremains will be in the Clear Lake Cemetery in Clear Lake, WI at a later date.
