League of Women Voters hold registrations at high schools

The League of Women Voters recently held voter registrations at Menomonie and Elk Mound High Schools during their lunch periods.

The volunteers involved with the voter registrations want to let our communities know that in both schools we witnessed well-mannered, respectful young persons in the cafeterias and that those registering were considerate and patient with our process to service them. The League volunteers at these schools all have education experiences in their background and were impressed with the students and facility.

The League of Women Voters appreciated the Menomonie and Elk Mound Administrations for allowing voter registrations to occur, the office staff that were helpful in working with certain student needs, and the staff for informing this opportunity to their students.

The Greater Chippewa Valley League of Women Voters looks forward to providing voter registrations in the future.
