SCVGS to meet April 20

St. Croix Valley Genealogical Society will meet April 20 in the River Falls Public Library’s main floor meeting room at 7:00 p.m.

Paula Stuart-Warren, an internationally recognized genealogical educator, researcher, and consultant, will speak on “Research Reports for Ourselves: More than a Research Log”. She will emphasize the importance of writing a research report after you have completed recent genealogy research and explain the key points to include. This self-reporting makes it easier when you eventually write your family history.
