Colfax FBLA members participate in Region I Leadership Conference competitive events

Colfax FBLA members participated in the regional level of competitive events in January and February. On Saturday, February 6, chapter members attended the Region I Leadership Conference at Chequamegon High School. At the conference, the results of the competitive events were announced. For the 22 schools in Region I, the top 8 places in each event were recognized.

Colfax FBLA members had 10 students recognized in the top 8 in their events:

Rachel Knutson – 8th place in FBLA Principles & Procedures

Marianne Scharlau – 8th place in Personal Finance

Daniel Schneider – 8th place in Accounting

Marcus and Matthew Reisdorf – 7th place in Marketing

Grady Gibson, Brett Prince, and Lakken Meredith – 6th place in Public Service Announcement

Bryce Fransway – 4th place in Business Law

Adam Pretasky – 3rd place in Securities & Investments

Adam Pretasky qualifies for the state level of competition which will be held in LaCrosse in April.
