UPDATE – Prince brothers will referee at state tourney

COLFAX — Colfax graduates and brothers, Tim, Rick and Jeff Prince were notified a few weeks ago that  they have been selected by the WIAA to referee a game at this year’s girls’ state basketball tournament to be held March 12-14 at the Resch Center in Green Bay.

For Tim, the oldest of the three at age 53 and Rick, age 45, it will be their first opportunity to showcase their talents at the big show. At age 44, it will be Jeff’s third time at the state level. The trio will referee the first girls’ state basketball game Friday morning, March 12. It is the Division 3, Whitewater-Kettle Morraine Lutheran game.
