Doucette wins Bowl Bash Contest

COLFAX — For the second straight year, a member of the Doucette family of Colfax has won the Colfax Messenger’s annual College Bowl Bash contest.

The winner of the seventh annual College Bowl Bash is Courtney Doucette. Her younger sister Mallie won the contest last year. Courtney correctly picked 14 of the 22 bowl games that were listed in the contest. Kathy Mitchell also of Colfax finished in second place as she selected the winners in 13 of the 22 games. Doucette will receive $25 for first and Mitchell $15 for second.
