Thursday,  July 17

• 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Colfax Railroad Museum open for tours.

• 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. LEGO Contest at Colfax Public Library.

• 6 p.m. Kickoff with Music in the Park and burying the Colfax Time Capsule.

The Colfax History Room in the Colfax Municipal Building
open before, during and after Music in the Park.

 

Friday,  July 18

• All Day — Colfax Library and Colfax Municipal Building tours. The library will serve ice tea and treats!

• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thrift sale at Colfax Health and Rehab’s old facility on
University Ave.

• 9 a.m. Time Traveler’s Club Civil War set-up at Colfax Fairgrounds; displays, presentations and hands-on events throughout the day Friday and Saturday; Civil War cannon and artillery.

• 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Grapevine Senior Center hospitality open house.

• 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Colfax Railroad Museum open for tours.

• 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Colfax History Room open at the Colfax Municipal Building.

• 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Pig Roast at Colfax Health and Rehabilitation Center.

• 6 p.m. Vintage Base Ball — the Blue Caps (from Menomonie) vs. the Colfax 150s at the Colfax High School practice field.

• 6 p.m. Kickball Tournament starts at Tom Prince Memorial Park.

• 9 p.m. D.J. at Tom Prince Memorial Park.

• 10 p.m. Kickball Tournament last game.

 

Saturday,  July 19

• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thrift sale at Colfax Health and Rehab’s old facility on
University Ave.

• 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Pancake Breakfast at Colfax Fairgrounds.

• 9 a.m. Dedication at Hill Grove Cemetery; Highway BB; for J.D. Simons, founder of Colfax.

• 9 a.m. Parade line-up at Colfax High School.

• 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Colfax History Room open at the Colfax Municipal
Building.

• 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Grapevine Senior Center hospitality open house.

• 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Colfax Railroad Museum open for tours.

• 11 a.m. Sesquicentennial Parade in downtown Colfax.

• 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.  Colfax Rescue Squad open house.

 

9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Craft Show
at Colfax Fairgrounds

• Antique Tractors and Antique Farm Equipment at Colfax Fairgrounds.

• Time Travelers Club Civil War display and presentations at the fairgrounds.

• Civil War Artillery display at the fairgrounds.

2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Colfax History Room open.

3 p.m. Jim Nelson performance at Colfax Municipal Building Auditorium (Scandinavian Folk Music, History, Folklore; Vaudeville; humorous monologues; Sing-Along)

• All afternoon and early evening downtown — Kids’ games, Food Vendors, Music on stage, Beer Garden, Chicken/pork dinner (Steve “Tiny” Nichols is cooking!)

9 p.m. The Dweebs in downtown Colfax!

 

Sunday,  July 20

• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Colfax Railroad Museum open for tours.

• 10 a.m. Holden Lutheran Church (County Highway M) — Sesquicentennial Service. Dinner to follow.

• 11 a.m. Colfax United Methodist Church Homecoming worship service.

• Noon to 2 p.m. Colfax United Methodist Ice Cream Social.

• 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Colfax History Room open.
