April 21: Easter Special: Roasted turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, creamed corn, sunshine salad, confetti cake.
April 22: Chicken pasta salad on lettuce, marinated beet salad, Chef’s choice soup, whole grain bread or roll, peach crisp.
April 23: Shredded beef on a bun, carrots, spring pea salad, fruited Jell-O.
April 24: Roast pork loin, mashed potatoes and country gravy, broccoli, whole grain bread or roll, frosted cake.
