Doucette wins Bowl Bash Contest

The BCS National Championship game last Monday, January 6, brought an end to the 2013-14 College Bowl season and the Colfax Messenger’s sixth annual College Bowl Bash contest.

 The winner of this year’s Bowl Bash is Mallie Doucette of Colfax. She correctly picked 16 of the 22 bowl games that were listed in the contest. Tammy Briggs also of Colfax finished in second place as she selected the winners in 15 of the 22 games. Doucette will receive $25 for first and Briggs $15 for second.
