Allison Yingst selected as Dunn County Optimist Youth of the Month

Allison Yingst was selected by the Colfax High School Teachers as the Dunn County Optimist Youth of the Month.

Four seniors from Colfax will be honored throughout the year.  Allison has a broad interest in school, community activities, and organizations.  The purpose of the Optimist Club is to develop optimism as a philosophy of life; to promote an active interest in government and civic affairs; to aid and encourage the development of youth, in the belief that the giving of one’s self in service to others will advance the well-being of man, his community and the world.  Congratulations, Allison!
