Military funeral for Allen Knutson

The veterans of Russell Toycen American Legion Post No. 131 of Colfax held a military funeral for Allen Duane Knutson on November 5, 2013, at the Grapevine Senior Center in Colfax.

 Those serving on the firing squad were Terry Turner; Bill Yingst Jr.; Donald Braaten; Jon Suckow.

Legionnaires in the Color Guard were Ray Johnson and Vern Hoveland.

Tom Dunbar served as chaplain.

The flag was presented to Allen Knutson’s wife, Elaine Knutson.

Arrangements were by Chippewa Valley Cremation Services.
