Colfax Health and Rehab – 7-10-2013

The months have flown by since our construction project began. Our new sign is displayed proudly out front, the trees have been planted, and the grass is growing in nicely.

With less than 30 days to go to the opening of our new facility, the excitement continues to build and boxes are starting to be filled as staff and residents anticipate the move. We will be moving Thursday, August 1st.  We appreciate the community and family members who will be assisting.  If you are still interested in helping, please call Laura at 715-962-3186.
