Colfax businesses to meet May 8
COLFAX — Business owners and managers in Colfax are invited to attend a meet-and-greet event with Eric Turner, director of the Dunn County Economic Development Corporation, on May 8.
The topic for discussion will be partnering with the Village of Colfax on how to implement as many of the ideas and recommendations as possible that came out of the Power of 10 Workshop conducted by the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission at A Little Slice of Italy last July.
The meeting will be held Wednesday, May 8, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Lynn’s Brewed Awakenings Coffee Shop, 603 Main Street, Colfax, inside the Colfax Arts and Antique Mall.
The 150th birthday celebration of the Village of Colfax in August of 2014 also will be a topic for discussion.
