COLFAX — A three-day suspension of Cedar Country Cooperative’s liquor license occurred April 26, 27 and 28.
According to a report from Dunn County Circuit Court, Cedar Country was found guilty on April 10 of selling alcohol to an underage person.
Judge Rod Smeltzer ordered a three-day suspension of the business’s liquor license to occur on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday, or a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
This was the second time in a 12-month period that Cedar Country had been cited for selling alcohol to an underage person.
A first offense in a 12-month period does not result in a fine or a suspension of the liquor license.
