April 8: Turkey tetrazinni, spinach, whole grain bread or roll, orange, cookie.

April 9: Roast pork, brown gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, whole grain bread or roll, fruit in season.

April 10: Chicken breast, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, whole grain bread or roll, frosted cake.

April 11: Holiday brunch egg bake, cheesy potatoes, sausage patties, fruit salad, coffee cake.
