Mounder boys first, girls second at Northern Badger Invite

MENOMONIE — The Elk Mound boys used a winning 4 X 200 relay team and plenty of second and third places to win the 19 team Small Division of the Northern Badger Invitational Indoor Track and Field meet held Saturday, March 23 at UW-Stout. The girls had only one individual winner, Andie Friberg in the pole vault, but had enough athletes place in the top five to finish in second place in a field of 20 teams.
