Glenwood City excels at Science State Olympiad

The Division B Science Olympiad Team from Glenwood City came home from the State Contest at UW-Oshkosh with all the team members finishing in the top six in at least one event in the small school division.

Nyah Anderson and Mae Buttles finished second in the Write It Do It Event and sixth in Forestry. Jim Buttles and Mae Buttles finished third in Rocks and Minerals. Owen Anderson and Jim Buttles finished fourth in the Road Scholar Event. In Reach for the Stars, Matthew Bauman and Jim Buttles finished sixth. Matthew Bauman and Jacob Traynor finished sixth in Disease Detectives. The team was small but very competitive.
