Berenschot leads American Family Life Insurance Company in 2012
Agent Lane Berenschot of Glenwood City and Colfax not only earned the prestigious AFLIC award from American Family Insurance in 2012, but he led the entire company, 3500 agents in total, in life and annuity sales. Lane led this select group of agents who distinguished themselves in 2012 through outstanding sales of life insurance and annuity products offered by the company’s subsidiary, American Family Life Insurance Company.
“This is a tremendous honor for Lane. He had a record year protecting clients but not surprising when you consider the emphasis he places on relationships,” says Larry Van DynHoven, Agency Sales Manager for the company. He takes the time to listen and work with his customers to make sure they understand their life insurance and or annuity options and how each fits their unique needs.”
When asked what this meant to Lane he replied, “it is a great honor, but truly helping people and doing the right thing to protect their financial futures is what matters most. American Family Life Insurance Company paid out more than $173 million in benefits to our clients in 2012 protecting the dreams of our customers at the greatest time of need,” said Lane, “this is when it matters most.”
Lane went on to say, “it would not happen without a great team effort from my licensed staff Doreen Djoseland, Carol Boyd, Lynette Schaefer and Angie Harder. Each and every day they go the extra mile for our customers and I really appreciate everything they do.
