B-C wrestlers compete at Shell Lake

With six wrestlers scoring points in the Shell Lake tournament Jan. 19, the Bloomer-Colfax team placed seventh in the 10 team meet with 99 points. Spring Valley-Elmwood won the meet with 358 points.

Justin Wachtendonk, wrestling at 106 pounds finished the meet with a 2-3 record for 12 team points, Brady Simonson went 3-2 with three pins for 25 points at 113, Hunter Hedtke was also 3-2 with one pin at 126 pounds for 15 points, Robbi Rands scored 18 team points going 3-2 with three pins at 138, Jon Thorgerson ended his day at 2-3 with two pins at 145 and Dan Thorgerson finished at 2-3 with a pair of pins at 152 for 17 points.
