Rothbauer continues to improve at UW-River Falls

Amanda Rothbauer, a Colfax graduate running in her third cross country season for the UW-River Falls Falcons, continues to be successful at the college level as she drops her times from year to year.

Rothbauer competed in five races this fall and ran a career best 6K time of 23:50 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference meet at UW-Platteville. She was the fifth runner in for the Falcons, placing 45th out of 105 competitors. At the Midwest Regional meet held Nov. 10, she helped the team finish eighth out of 40 teams which was the highest the Falcon women have ever finished as she ran her second best career time of 23:55 to place 98th out of 276 runners.
